Rioran Empire Updates Public Surveillance Database
As predicted by experts at the Rioran Observer, the Rioran government released the latest updates in the Public Surveillance Database (PSD) on 2026-4-25. These long-awaited updates include information on not only Riorans and other associated persons, but also an assortment of Disloyalists.
The inclusion of Disloyalists was reportedly hotly debated in the Imperial halls, and is meant to assist Riorans in avoiding conflict. Rioran officials believe having this information will lead to more tips.
