After several weeks of closure, the Public Records building is finally open to the public again. Originally built by Galion architects prior to the war, the structural stability has always been a matter of concern. When an unrelated incident occurred in the Private Archives six weeks ago, a structural post was damaged, necessitating the closure of the building to protect those visiting this great resource. The safety of elites and citizens is a priority of our department, and the building needed to be thoroughly scanned for other abnormalities that would weaken the integrity of the building or allow access to those without proper Imperial clearance.

Reports that the Disloyalist Crown was found at the site of the incident are false and are unrelated to the building’s closure.
