Vandalism on the Rise; Watcher Patrols Increase

Vandalism is on the rise through Galio as the Disloyalists begin striking one of our most precious assets: the aesthetic beauty of our most elegant structures and documents. Watcher patrols have increased in order to protect our valuable institutions from disfigurement, and anyone found guilty of vandalism – including elites – shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Should anyone offer you equipment capable of vandalism, it is in your best interests to immediately report it to the Rioran Observer for follow up. Do not engage with any suspicious individuals. Remember that fraternization with guilty parties shall be considered equivalent to guilt for Galions and unregistered citizens.

Be on the lookout for anything and anyone suspicious, and report everything out of place. Together, we can preserve our great city’s beauty for the honor of the Rioran Empire.
