Watchers Introduce New Classification System to Intake Interviews

No longer will intake interview results be at the whim of the Watchers performing the interview. Now, all interviews will follow the same scripted format with all responses evaluated according to a matrix compiled by experts in assessing risk factors for new visitors to Galio. Known as the POCS Standard, the system has four axes with two possible results per axis. The axes are action (protector <–> instigator); information (observant <–> questioning); authority (compliant <–> defiant); and ambiguity (structured <–> adaptive).

Watchers are highly trained in deception and can detect when a person’s given answer does not match what they would in reality do in a given situation. When a difference is suspected, Watchers remain at liberty to interpret the information in the manner that would best protect the interests of the Rioran Empire. Be advised that knowingly lying to a Watcher is a criminal offense.
