At 08:14, around the time when productive citizens leave for work, King Tyristore of the Rioran Empire launched a cowardly and vicious drone strike against the Orlan Zone in Central Rior City, striking a large square between three residential complexes.
One Trilinean was seriously injured and taken to the nearby Ravych Hospital, and five more received minor injuries during the evacuation. Over 200 Trilineans had to be evacuated for protection to the nearby shelters, an effort led by Royal Princess Tirendel and Grand Protector Tharen Yortz.
The Protectors received notice of the incoming drone a full 17 minutes before the strike, allowing them to give early warning to the neighborhood and undoubtedly preventing numerous injuries and potential deaths. Such early warning is increasingly common in residential attacks such as this, and the citizens of the Orlan Zone followed Protector instructions in a commendably swift and efficient manner.
Princess Tirendel led the counteroffensive, pinpointing the origin of the strike and unleashing a full deployment of thirty drones to return fire. While the Rioran strike caused minimal damage, the Trilinean counteroffensive took out three buildings and caused the evacuation of a military base, preventing the conflict from escalating.
King Ravych applauds the leadership of Princess Tirendel, the courage of the Protectors, and the orderly evacuation of the Trinilean citizens. As Rioran aggression continues, the Protectors remind all citizens to stay alert and follow protocols to the letter in order to help all citizens of the Empire.

Protector Profile
Best known for her heroic rescue of 17 civilians in the 537 Gazenne Strike in which the Other Empire bombed a residential zone, destroying 43 houses and killing 63 elite civilians, Shandara always knew she wanted to serve Trilinea as a Protector.
As a child, she would regularly assist other children in following Protector orders, potentially saving an unknown number of lives. In her young adult years, she joined the Young Protectors of Rior organization and quickly became Squad Leader, helping her graduate into the full Protectors with an officer rank.
Shandara hopes to inspire future generations to serve the Trilinea Empire the same way she has. She now serves as a mentor to Young Protectors, helping lead young adults in troubled situations with the promising futures they deserve.

Our Royal Family
Perennial favorite royal child Darion graced Rior with his presence this past week, assisting on the frontlines while finding time to socialize with both elites and commoners. Truly a man of the people, Darion is renowned for his caring nature and dedication to lifting the spirits of the common Trilinean.
All Trilineans await his assignment to a purpose with bated breath, hoping he is assigned to a planet that joins the Empire peacefully, giving him the ability to resume his regular activities around the Empire. Darion’s regular appearances on both established and new planets within the Empire are a highlight for the Trilinean people and demonstrate the commitment to the Empire we’ve come to expect from the royal family.
